that would select elements with local name Temsis and no namespace
(teh default namespace does not apply to XPath which foollows the same
rules as for attributes)
you want
<xsl:apply-templates select="t:Temsis"/>
and xmlns:t="http://www.mysite.com/Temsis" on your xsl:stylesheet.
