Hi Michael, Just in case it wasn't clear from Mike's message, note that you can strip the whitespace from the source tree prior to transformation using the xsl:strip-space element: <xsl:strip-space elements="*" /> If you add that to all your stylesheets, you should get the indentation that you want at each stage of the process.
