In the XSLT FAQ at www.dpawson.co.uk, see the following topics under XSLT Questions and Answers: - Approaches - Best Practice - Push vs Pull and maybe - Modes - Special Techniques ...although not all of these things are going to apply to all stylesheets in general. One topic that is surprisingly not covered in the FAQ is the utility of xsl:import for stylesheet modularisation. The FAQ just says to go look at the spec. :) IIRC, all of these things are covered in Michael Kay's XSLT Reference book. - Mike ____________________________________________________________________________ mike j. brown | xml/xslt: http://skew.org/xml/ denver/boulder, colorado, usa | resume: http://skew.org/~mike/resume/ XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
