[xsl] XSLDebugger Version?

I downloaded the XSLDebugger from vbxml.com which indicated it was at
V2.1.  When I started XSLDebugger, the About box shows V2.000266, the
Help is unavailable, and the user interface doesn't look like what is
pictured.  Am I getting the right version of the software?
