[xsl] Msxsl -xe

Subject: [xsl] Msxsl -xe

Hi!
   Can anyone give me an example/scenario when you use this -xe option
with msxsl? I don't understand what microsoft said "Do not resolve
external definitions during parse phase.". Thanks!
