Subject: Re: [xsl] how to get string value of element node without children concatenated From: Peter Flynn <peter@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Sat, 15 Mar 2003 23:25:45 +0000 |
I'm sure the answer is obvious, but I can't seem to find it.
I have the following XML:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <switches>
<finishes>
<finish>
Almond Decorative <hold>no</hold> </finish>
<finish> <style>Almond Decorative</style> <hold>no</hold> </finish>
or something like. Then you can access the data much more easily. Using XML for categorical data requires a different approach to using it for normal text.
