Subject: [xsl] best way to call doGet on servlet using xsl? From: "TP" <tpass001@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 14 May 2003 13:24:39 -0500 |
I use xsl on my xml to generate html on the client using xalan. On the html
i provide hyperlinks back to the server using hrefs as below
<tr>
<td>
<div>
<a>
<xsl:attribute
name="HREF">javascript:cl('../servlet/test1?TranType=login&subTran=navFi
rst&linkData=<xsl:value-of select="Data"/>&')</xsl:attribute>
<img src="../images/treetop.gif" border="0" alt="Show document
directory"/>
</a>
</div>
</td>
</tr>
where cl is a javascript function in an external .js file as below
function cl(org){
window.location=org+"s="+Math.random();
}
return;
}
Is this the best way to do this? I wanna know what other developers use to
call servlet doGets using xsl, since I do not know anyone else who uses xsl.
Please let me know and I appreciate the help
Thanks.
TP.
