[xsl] Unable to send my comments to public-qt-comments@w3.org

I am trying to send comments about "XQuery 1.0 and XPath 2.0 Functions and
Operators".

My mail is being rejected:

Probably people, who have recently sent messages to this address can
explain:
Is there anything I should do (e.g. subscribe) in order to be able to send
my comments, or is this just a temporary problem?
