  <xsl:template match="w:address">
   <tr>
    <td>URL:</td>
    <td><xsl:value-of select="address"/></td>
   </tr>
  </xsl:template>
forgot to fix your last FAQ issue
the current node there is address which doesn't have address children so
that should be
<xsl:template match="w:address">
 <tr>
  <td>URL:</td>
  <td><xsl:value-of select="."/></td>
 </tr>
</xsl:template>
