i have this date in the XML file:
<MVLC_ISS_DATE>2003-08-22T00:00:00.0000000+02:00</MVLC_ISS_DATE>
How an i format it using XSLT to:
< MVLC_ISS_DATE>22-08-2003</MVLC_ISS_DATE>
