Hi Dave and Jeni,

I got it working now. Thanks so much for your help. I'm using the node-set extension function within the for-each element. The greatest thing about this is that it also sorts all the other child elements of <person>, so in other places where I was sorting by refDate, I no longer have to. Thanks again!
