[xsl] CR parsing issue

Hello,

Here is an XML:

<node>Hi&#13;there</node>

And an XSL:

<xsl:stylesheet ....>
  <xsl:template match="/">
    <xsl:value-of select="contains(node,'&#13;')"/>
  </xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

in XMLSPY it answers true.

but using struts 1.1, Resin 2.1.10, j2sdk1.4.2, it answers false...

Could anyone tell me why?
