Is it possible to get a table title (Continued) and head to appear at
the top of second, third, etc page of a table?
That's asked now and then. There are basically two possiblities: a) Use a marker. Define an empty marker with a "cont" marker class in the first table row, a marker with the same class but your "Continued" text in all following rows, and retrieve the first marker of the page into static content. The archives of the XSL list and the FOP lists have more details, including working code. b) Use a processor specific extension function.
