[xsl] ID Refs v2

Dear all,
 
I already sent an e-mail asking for a solution for the following
problem, but I wasn't specific enough.
The solution presented to the previous mail works, but doesn't do
exactly what I pretended, and I can't make it work.
 
Here follows a more specific explanation:
 
I have the following XML:
 
 
<y0:Specification_expression id="specification_expression-1"
xmlns:y0="namespace1">
      <id>teste</id>
      <description>teste</description>
      <operation>or_operator</operation>
      <operand>
           <sos ref="sos-1"/>
      </operand>
        <operand>
           <sos ref="sos-2"/>
      </operand>
 </y0:Specification_expression>
  
 <y0:sos id="sos-1" xmlns:y0="namespace1">
  <Specification ref="specification-7"/>
 </y0:sos>

and I'm trying to obtain the following:
