Hi,

Not sure if anyone else has responded but the stylesheet below produces the
following output using MSXML3

OUTPUT:
hi from perl

XSLT:

    xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
    xmlns:msxsl="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt"
    xmlns:perl="urn:extra-functions"

</xsl:template>
