[xsl] Programs for XSL:FO

Good morning experts,
first: i wish to thank you for the help and messages in the forum. Second:
i'm using Stylus Studio to make an automatic stylesheet file while i design
a form. Well, i would like to know if this tool is able to product PDF file
with FOP. There are expansions or upgrade fo this tool?
Besides i'm analysing XMLSPY of ALTOVA for the same problem. I looked that
it is able to trasform xslt in FO, but it doesn't able to design the form
(and make in auto the file xsl).... He want only write code... So my
question is: which program is better? Usually what program you use?
