[xsl] generating an HTML web hierarchy from XML using XSLT

Hello all,
  I am using Xalan extension Elements in XSLT and
generating multiple output html files.
It is working..from the command prompt.

But using JAVA, sample codes follows..

TransformerFactory tFactory =
TransformerFactory.newInstance();
	
	
	Transformer transformer = tFactory.newTransformer(new
StreamSource("bookxsl.xsl"));

	
	String dirname = "C:/eclipse/workspace/Sample/";
	File outputFilepath= new File(dirname);
	transformer.transform(new StreamSource("books.xml"),
new StreamResult(outputFilepath));

While running this java program.. It throws error
message like 
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException:
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\eclipse\workspace\Sample (Access is denied)

Any idea to solve this problem?
