[xsl] changing the attribute value

Hi,

I have the following problem.

There are multiple BMEParameterGroups and I need to
look at VALUE 
attribute for "Remedy" and change the one of it's
sibling VALUE where 
PROPERTY is "ProjectParameterImpl.value_".
