Your problem is:
<xsl:for-each select="myns:Blog/myns:Entry">
> 				<xsl:apply-templates/>
> 			</xsl:for-each>

you either need
<xsl:for-each select="myns:Blog/myns:Entry">

<div class="Entry">
			<div>
				<xsl:value-of select="myns:PubDate" />
			</div>
		</div>


</xsl:for-each>

or

<xsl:apply-templates select="myns:Blog/myns:Entry">
and the template

<xsl:template match="myns:Entry">
		<div class="Entry">
			<div>
				<xsl:value-of select="myns:PubDate" />
			</div>
		</div>
	</xsl:template>


You dont need both.
Second one being neater....
