  but what I'm looking for here is that when I locate this node:

  <rdf_:myns:isCourseOf rdf:resource="MenMachine"/>

You can not locate that node using Xpath/XSLT as it has two : in teh
element name so will generate a fatal parse error when parsed by a
namespace aware XML parser, which is required to parse the input for
XSLT.
