Hi Ali,
    strSplit-to-Words.xsl
is one of the files in the FXSL library -- in both XSLT 2.0 and XSLT
1.0 editions.
Both editions of FXSL are available for download at the FXSL project page:
       http://sourceforge.net/projects/fxsl
The latest version of the FXSL for XSLT 2.0 is available in the CVS at:
       http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/fxsl/
