[xsl] Detecting missing link destinations

I am creating a large PDF document with many internal links generated using
fo:basic-link. My problem is that no errors are given if the
internal-destination
has not been defined. As there will be several thousand links, it is not
practical to check them by hand.

How can I get an error generated if the destination of a link can't be
found?
