| Subject: [xsl] Random number generator...unique context From: Jacquo Johnson <genxgeek@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 14 Oct 2005 08:01:46 -0700 (PDT) |
Can somebody tell me a good method to generate a unique it (doesn't have to be GUID like unique) other than using the generate-id() function, which isn't that unique. I just need to generate a unique id for a xml message but it has to be unique enough for at least a day. Is there a time function that I can call as well and then manipulate that value? Thanks. __________________________________ Yahoo! Music Unlimited Access over 1 million songs. Try it free. http://music.yahoo.com/unlimited/
