Hooray!
Not that it's really news - someone let the cat out of the bag two or
three days ago, as to publication date - so I looked this morning, and
it wasn't there then - I guess US time is what counts here.
I can't see any mention of a test suite - XQuery has one. Is XSLT
going to get one too? If not, how are the exit conditions to Proposed
Recommendation to be judged?
