In XSLT1 the answer was no, but in xslt2 (which you are using) you can use the base-uri() function to get the absoulte uri of the filename. This isn't quite the same as the fllename eg on windows if you pass in a relative filepath of folder\file.xml base-uri() is likely to be file:///c:/the/full/path/to/folder/file.xml however that's usually good enough to use with the replace() function to generate a required URI to use with xsl:result-document for the output file name.
