  Look for the Identity Template in the FAQ.  You create the default
copying template rules for "node()|@*", then you add a template rule
for CollectionStructure where Reference equals PESTCRTL2 to do nothing:

    <xsl:template match="
        CollectionStructure[Reference eq 'PESTCRTL2']/>
