Ken,
Thank you for the response. I used your suggestion and was able to
display the footnote properly. The other issue I'm having it displaying
it on the correct page. I am legally obligated to display it on the 5th
page or earlier. It is preferable to display it on the last possible
page, and it is possible to have less than 5 pages. What construct can I
use to implement this? Thanks!
