BIGLIST Information
What We Do
BIGLIST maintains a database of "subscribers" to your electronic
mailing list. Your customers subscribe to your list by
signing up on a form that we can provide for your website. If you
don't have a website, we can provide you with a sign-up site. To
reach your subscribers, you simply send a single message to
your list, and this message is almost instantly broadcast to all
members of the list.
Types of BigLists
- One to Many (also called "announcement" or "newsletter"
lists). One message is sent immediately from a single source
to all subscribers on the list. Messages may be shareholder
reports, product upgrade notifications, special sales, etc.
- Many to Many (also called "discussion" lists). Any
subscriber to a list can send a message to all other subscribers
on the list. For example, a committee can discuss committee
business or a technology group can help each other with their
programming questions.
BigList Names and Addresses
- BIGLIST Standard Service. You choose the list name,
and the address is "@your_co.biglist.com". For example, Company ABC might
have sales@ABC.biglist.com or updates@ABC.biglist.com .
- BIGLIST Virtual Domain Service. Create a list that
looks like it's on your system! You choose the list name, and the
address is "@lists.yourdomain.com" . For example Company
ABC could now have their lists named shareholders@lists.ABC.com and help@lists.ABC.com .
BIGLIST Features

so that it looks like you're running the show. You choose the list
name, and the address is "@lists.your_domain.com". For example,
Company ABC could have lists named shareholders@lists.ABC.com
and help@lists.ABC.com .
- Flat-rate pricing to simplify your
budgeting - the cost of our service depends only on the total number
of subscribers on all of your lists, regardless of how many lists
you have - 1 or 100! That way, your per-subscriber cost goes down
as you add subscribers and as you add lists.
- *Unlimited e-mails - you can send as many e-mail messages
as you
want, as frequently as you want.
- Absolute privacy - no one can see who is on your lists,
not even the subscribers. The lists are yours; we do not sell them.

administration is all we do, and we do it well.
- Easy-to-use web interface for subscribing to the
lists and unsubscribing from the lists.
- Easy-to-use web interface for configuration of your
lists.
- Searchable web archives - we store copies of all messages
sent to
your list and you can reference them at any time.
- Digest version of your lists at no extra charge.
*Current maximum bandwith per subscriber is 750 kilobytes per month
for up to 10,000 subscribers, adjusting to 450 kilobytes for up to
100,000 subscribers.

Please Note:
- Subscribers = total number of subscribers on all lists.
- Services are invoiced quarterly at a minimum; annually preferred.
- Current maximum bandwidth per subscriber is 750 kilobytes per month
for up to 10,000 subscribers, adjusting to 450 kilobytes for
up to 100,000 subscribers.
- If you send less than 150 kilobytes per subscriber per month,
contact us for special pricing.
What BIGLIST Doesn't Do
We do NOT spam, and we do not host lists that spam. Also,
we understand how important your list is. We will not sell it, or
disclose your subscribers to anyone, including the subscribers
themselves. We make sure our lists reflect the professionalism of
your organization. Therefore, we will not place any ads on the
messages posted to your list, including our ads and third party
ads. Of course, you are free to place your own ads or sell ad
space on your messages.
