1. Unsubscribe Problems?
If you're having problems unsubscribing from a list:
  • forward the message you received in its entirety (including full headers) to help@BIGLIST.com, OR
  • copy and paste the message below.

The unwanted message you received in its entirety, including full headers:

NOTE: Help us assist you quickly by including full headers of the message (Subject, Date, From, To, Received, List-Unsubscribe, etc.) so we can determine which list you are subscribed to.
Stop! If you have typed "Remove me from your mailing list" with no other information, this does not help. We need to see the unwanted message you received.
2. Spam Alert

BIGLIST does not permit spam. This is specified in our Contract.

If you've received an unsolicited e-mail message from one of our servers, we will investigate immediately if you:

  • forward the message you received in its entirety (including full headers) to abuse@BIGLIST.com, or
  • copy and paste the message into the form above.   NOTE:  Help us assist you quickly by including full headers of the message so we can determine which list you are subscribed to.
3. Subscribing and Unsubscribing
You can subscribe by email or by the web.
A. Via Email

To subscribe, send e-mail to: 

        listname-subscribe@lists.example.com
from the email account you wish to subscribe and then confirm the fact that you want to be added to the list by replying to the confirmation message you receive.

To unsubscribe, send e-mail to: 

        listname-unsubscribe@lists.example.com
from the email account you wish to unsubscribe. No confirmation is required.
B. Via WWW

       http://lists.example.com/listname/
This is the web page where you can subscribe and unsubscribe yourself. For subscribes, not unsubscribes, you will need to reply to a confirmation message in order to complete your request.
