Again, I have probably succeeded only in embarrasing myself here.

I currently am _not_ specifying a colwidth atributed in the <colspec>
element. I am remedying this right now and will report if it makes
any difference.

Norm, I can forward you the message Sebastian sent me where he went into
a bit of detail about what he thought he needed to make this work; but he is
presently, for the next two weeks I believe, on vacation.
