This is not XSLT, though at a quick glance you seem to be using XSLT
syntax.  Change that to
<xsl:stylesheet
 xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"; version="1.0">

and add namespace declarations for the prefixes rs, z etc by cut &
paste from the input document.  You should have more luck then.

If not, try to trim the example a bit if you can, before posting
again.  Its all wood and no trees ;-)
