Not sure about dynamic, but note it says xsl:use-attribute-sets="table-cell" I.e. plural I've used multiple sets, e.g. ="para bold underline" Anyway you could build a string for the value? Or select one of a combination built from a basic suite? You did same qname though, not expression. Mmmm. Not sure.
