Ah!!! Laminating one side... so that's how you made the labels glossy.
I didn't know you could laminate things on one side only. I'll have to keep
that in mind.

Does Kinko's use their own special software for printing, or do they use
an off the shelf product like Adobe or Freelance Graphics? It seems that a
lot of your cost could have been cut if you'd been able to do the whole
layout somewhere else. I know what a time consuming process this is.
It took me quite awhile before I came out with a label that worked well
on all three types of cartridge cases. same goes for cassette J-cards.
But once you've built your blank template it's pretty easy to import
any graphics you need into it (although, unfortunately my hard drive
crashed and I lost all my templates so when Randy runs out of lables
I'll be stuck doing it all over again from scratch @#$\#%!!!)

How much is that spray adhesive, and is it difficult to work with?
It seems like that would have been real pain in the ass. I guess the
convenience of label paper makes up for the cost. Although for some
projects that spray adhesive might be ideal (posters and stuff).
Is there any special type that is more flexable to work with than others?
(something that doesn't dry too fast, I'd imagine)

It's too bad O'Shea's didn't have a couple hundred thousand Reactor carts
for sale (or another EPROM game). We could have all gone in on purchasing
the carts and used them to make our homebrews.

Seems to me the most labour intensive part of making a cart would be wiring
up the inverter. If we could mass copy the circuit boards from one of the
2600 games that was released on EPROM it would make things much easier.
But I wonder how much something like that would cost.
