Keep in mind I don't own a copy of Omega Race, so bear with me.
GameSages lists, under the 2600 hints section, that, should you have
Omega Race and no Booster Grip, you can plug a Colecovision controller
in the left player jack. The two fire buttons on the Colecovision
controller handle regular fire button and the extra I guess the Booster
Grip has.
