[stella] Where's the middle?

RESMP0 sets the missile location to the center of the player.

If the missile is one, then  there is no "center".  Does the TIA choose
the left or the right option.  i.e:

   M
PPPPPPPP

or

    M
PPPPPPPP

If the missile size is even, this is problem does not occur.
