Hi,
Regarding the Stella Programer's Guide, it's said
Bit 1 of VBLANK must be set to 1 at the begining of
the Vertical Blank Period (to disable the TIA output)
and set to 0 after 37 scanlines (to enable the TIA
output).
Is it necessary to to the same thing for the overscan
period ?
