To achieve partial downloads, you must use the Virtools Behavioral Server. I
suggest that you contact sales@virtools.com and they can forward more info
to you.

What does "perfect" mean? Speed of loading? Quality of images? The two are,
unfortunately, mutually exclusive. Again, streaming via the Behavioral
Server will help.

If you set a Geforce 2 as your lowest end machine then you can use just
about anything :-) However, for backwards compatability, I suggest 256 by
256 by 32 bits as your maximum. Just remember how much data you are going to
have to ship! And, remember to use square textures too - many older cards
can't handle them otherwise so Dev automatically scales the textures up to
the next power of 2.

Hope this helps.
