Mr. Kay, First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for your help as well as the help of anyone else involved in this matter. I would also like to express my appreciation for your understanding that at noon on the day before Thanksgiving the majority of the staff required to process purchasing approvals within many company's have departed for the Thanksgiving holidays. They fail to understand, as I am certain that you do, the difficulties of finding adequate accurate data on the Internet for some programming technologies that may be new to the programmer. They also have taken great pains to ensure that the programming staff do not purchase or utilize materials that do not belong to the company for company business. I am certain that you can see what a bind their misinformation and confusion can put a programmer in. When the staff returns on Monday, I will be certain to get immediate approval to pay $34.99 for your most-excellent book. In the meantime, I have a project to do. Sincerely, Ami D.
