Subject: Re: [xsl] Merging multiple documents with document() funtion From: "G. Ken Holman" <gkholman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 14 Jan 2002 14:26:40 -0500 |
I have a source xml document which defines multiple url's to rss feeds. I then use an xsl transformation to combine these using a call to document(url) and then transform them into a single html page. Eveything works fine until one of the url's can't be reached (i.e. server goes down). When this happens, the processing stops
If there is an error retrieving the resource, then the XSLT processor may signal an error; if it does not signal an error, it must recover by returning an empty node-set.
and no more url's will be loaded.
Is there any way to get the processor to continue to the next url if the prevous one cannot be resolved?
