Subject: [xsl] Noob: Just a simple table, but 18 columns, help? From: "Barry van Weldam" <barry@xxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 11 Sep 2003 18:06:14 +0200 |
Hi there, Just starting out with XSL-FO to produce a .pdf out of an .xml file. Bought O'reilly s book on XSL-fo etc. Basicly what i need to do is to make a nice lay-out for very "uninspiring" data. I need 18 colomuns, some colums need to be more than 15 chars width. So this is what i have now: - landscape the simple-page-master - a table with 18 columns width set to 100% - use a font-size of 9 px - a header that is on each page - rows filled by <xsl: value-of select...... But i am not pleased with the result, to small not user friendly. So my question: is it possible to break the table into 2 * 9 columns and fill it any other suggestions are welcome thanks in advanced, XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
