I'm very surprised that any sofware is prepared to do anything with this. You seem to be a little confused about the relationship between XSLT and Javascript (a common problem). XSLT does a transformation which produces an HTML page. The HTML page may contain Javascript. But the Javascript isn't executed until the transformation is finished.
