1. Unsubscribe Problems?
If you're having problems unsubscribing from a list:
  • forward the message you received in its entirety (including full headers) to help@BIGLIST.com, OR
  • copy and paste the message below.

The unwanted message you received in its entirety, including full headers:

NOTE: Help us assist you quickly by including full headers of the message (Subject, Date, From, To, Received, List-Unsubscribe, etc.) so we can determine which list you are subscribed to.
Stop! If you have typed "Remove me from your mailing list" with no other information, this does not help. We need to see the unwanted message you received.

2. BIGLIST No Spam Policy

BIGLIST does not permit spam. This is specified in the BIGLIST No Spam Policy.

If you've received an unsolicited e-mail message from one of our clients, we will investigate immediately if you:

  • forward the message you received in its entirety (including full headers) to abuse@BIGLIST.com, or
  • copy and paste the message into the form above.   NOTE:  Help us assist you quickly by including full headers of the message so we can determine which list you are subscribed to.
3. Subscribing and Unsubscribing
You can subscribe by email or by the web.

Links for unsubscribing are provided at the bottom of every message that is sent from our servers. Click on the link or send email to the address given, and you will receive an email confirming your unsubscribe request.
