Oh dear, it's not my day today.  I made a last minute change in Jade 0.7 to
fix a bug reported by Paul Prescod, and I just realized I messed it up
badly.  I've updated the Jade 0.7 files to fix this.  I haven't bothered to
change the version number.  The correct file sizes are 995,747 bytes for
jade0_7.zip and 1,107,653 bytes for jadew0_7.zip.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
