Reflecting on my journey toward DSSSL enlightenment (no, I'm not
even close yet!), this is a <em>very</em> sketchy outline of the
book I would have liked to have so far:

* Introduction - what DSSSL is about

* Basic concepts - trees, groves, construction rules, flow
  objects...

* Some simple examples

* A crash-course in scheme

* Construction rules in more depth, introducing modes.

* How to read an use the DSSSL standard document

* Sylsheet design strategies

  * Analyzing the DTD

  * Parameterizing the stylesheet

* Stylesheet Design Patterns / more complex examples
  (YAPL - yet another pattern language)

  * Modular stylsheets

  * Modes

  * Inline objects

  * Block objects

  * Floating block objects

  * Lists

  * Tables

  * Figures/graphics

  * Pages - headers, footers

  * Cross references

  * TOC/LOT/LOF and Index generation

  * ...

* Details of current tools

  * Jade's non-standard "transformation" flow objects
