Subject: newbie jadetex woes From: Bill Raynor <braynor@xxxxxxx> Date: Sun, 08 Feb 1998 22:22:29 CST |
I'm new to SGML and DSSSL and am having some problems with the jadetex package. I've installed jadetex 0.55 on both a hpux and linux system and am having similar problems on both (jade1.01, and teTex mid 1997 disributions.) I've installed the newest hypertex and jadetex references. However, when I run the testtab.sgm example I get several problems: 1. the file refers to a non-existant DTD (4.0.0), corrected by adding a line to the catalog that points to art410.dtd. 2. the files refer to art401.ent which is not included in the distribution. 3. when I attempt to use jadetex on the resulting files, I get a slew of error messages, some of which are included below. What have I done wrong, and how do I fix them? Thanks. --------CUT HERE---------------CUT HERE---------------CUT HERE--------- This is TeX, Version 3.14159 (C version 6.1) (format=jadetex 98.2.6) 8 FEB 1998 16:19 **testtab (testtab.tex LaTeX2e <1996/12/01> patch level 1 Babel <v3.6h> and hyphenation patterns for american, german, loaded.
