Jade is programmed in standard C++ and should compile anywhere a C++ compiler (especially GCC) is available. You can't get a lot more portable than that. I believe that Copernican solutions is also developing a DSSSL implementation that runs on the Java Virtual Machine. But I think that GCC is currently more portable than the JVM. -- Paul Prescod - http://itrc.uwaterloo.ca/~papresco "Scarcely a discussion goes on, between linguistic groups or regions or even within cities and towns, which is not a struggle between competing myths of victimization." - John Ralston Saul "Reflections on a Siamese Twin" DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
