-o option and sgml backend?

Hello world,

I was mildly surprised to see that jade seems to ignore the -o
option when the SGML backend is used. I have a stylesheet that
uses the element construction rules but never uses make entity.
Output goes to stdout, and I was hoping -o foo.html would make
output go to foo.html instead. Is this a known feature? ;-)

On a related note, is there any way for a stylesheet to query what
filename was given on the -o option? (I'm guessing, "no".)
