I do a bit of parsing of ESIS in my Java Application CheckHtmlEsis which
is available at
<URL:http://ww.undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca/%7Eroconnor/CheckHtmlEsis/>.

I'm not sure how useful it is.  I only wrote enough of a parser to do what
I needed, and it is a bit of a hack.  But you are welcome to the code I
have under the terms of the GPL.
