Subject: Compiling groveoa under Visual C++ 5.0 From: Paul Prescod <papresco@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 12 Aug 1998 08:46:26 -0400 (EDT) |
I've "upgraded" to Visual C++. I'm having trouble compiling Jade's groveoa. Maybe someone has had this problem and can tell me of a workaround. The developer's studio compiles the IDL into a groveoa.h with an interface "Node". That symbol seems to conflict with Jade's internal Node class when compiling GroveNode.cxx. I get: GroveNode.cxx(71) : error C2872: 'Node' : ambiguous symbol Does anyone one have a solution for this? Paul Prescod DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
