Bigloo, not Igloo.  It's now officially open source and included with
the Debian distribution.

Yes, it's quite nice and faster than guile (although has it's
limitations too).  The DSSSL support is not a complete
intepreter. Quoting from the manual:

  Bigloo helps the DSSSL programmer, supporting keywords, named
  constants, and keywork functions.
